Lancaster County's fastest growing performing arts studio! Launched in 2007 as a private voice studio, the Studio now offers private voice lessons, acting classes, workshops, masters classes, performance opportunities and much more!

The faculty at Popovsky Performing Arts Studio has a deep love and passion for performing and educating. It is our goal to provide an environment where students can grow and learn in all aspects of the performing arts in order to become well-rounded dynamic performers!

OperaLancaster presents its first concert of the 2016-2017 season! Pass the Torch is a special concert where instrumental and voice teachers who have performed with OperaLancaster will be showcasing not only their own talents…but those of their finest students as well! In this fashion there is a symbolic “passing the torch” to the next generation of musicians in what is sure to be a powerful event.

Michael Popovsky to “Pass the Torch to Marcus Huber, tenor, is a senior at Manheim Central High School. Currently, he studies voice with Michael Popovsky at Popovsky Performing Arts Studio.


November 16th-19th at Lancaster Catholic High School. PPAS student, Clara Laube will be part of the Ensemble.

Whether you’ve seen the film or the stage version of this show, you will discover new heart, hope and personal connection when you experience Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at the Fulton Theatre, November 8, 2016–December 31, 2016.  PPAS cast members include Steven Gagliano(Ensemble) and Rachel Odenaker(Silly Girl Understudy, Ensemble)


At York Little Theater, The Youth Production performed LIVE by students 18 & younger. Performances September 23-25, 29-30 & October 1-2, 2016. Sunday shows are at 3pm; All other shows are at 7:30pm. PPAS student, April Marion, will play Mrs. Hathaway.
